Anhelo Opens in New Scottsdale Location
Owner and Chef Ivan Jacobo brings his take on world-class dining experiences to Old Town
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (PRESS RELEASE) — Anhelo, the fine-dining restaurant initially opened in downtown Phoenix, has found a new home in Old Town Scottsdale. Anhelo opened its new location at 7007 E. 1st Ave., on Tuesday, July 22.
“When the opportunity arose for us to bring Anhelo to Scottsdale, I wanted to recreate what I had originally developed in downtown Phoenix but with a new direction more suited for the Old Town crowd,” said Jacobo. “I look forward to seeing our regular customers again and to immersing ourselves in the Scottsdale community.”
Anhelo’s new Old Town Scottsdale location reflects class and elegance in a lush and inviting atmosphere reminiscent of a stunning secret garden. Diners can expect the same high-level of customer service, innovative dishes and excellent wine program they had come to know at the previous location, with even further elevated attention to detail, resulting in an experience that is nothing short of unforgettable.
In addition to incredibly seasonal, unique and hard-to-find ingredients, Anhelo’s one-of-a-kind and oft-changing world-class menu is reflective of Chef Jacobo’s passion for creating artful and delicious dishes inspired by the finest global cuisines. Guests can choose selections from the menu as they please, or they can opt to experience one of the incredible tasting menus, which offer a sampling of items from the current menu as chosen by Chef Jacobo.
The ultimate dining experience at Anhelo is the Grand Tasting Menu, a 10-course meal that takes guests on a culinary deep dive through Chef Jacobo’s most masterful creations. Unique to this experience is the tableside fromage cart. Optional wine pairings can be added to any of the tasting menus to enhance the overall experience.
