RANCHO DE LOS CABALLEROS ELEVATES RESORT EXPERIENCE WITH DEBUT OF NEW OUTDOOR POOL COMPLEX AND POOLSIDE DINING CONCEPT
These latest amenities of the historic dude ranch are now open to guests
WICKENBURG, AZ (PRESS RELEASE) – Rancho de los Caballeros, a historic, family-owned dude ranch nestled in Arizona’s Sonoran Desert, proudly unveils its brand-new outdoor pool complex and dining experience, Poolside Sips & Snacks. Designed as a serene desert retreat, the pool area and grill welcome guests daily.
Offering an unparalleled blend of relaxation and refinement, the new enclave features two resort-style pools—a zero-entry swimming pool and an expansive lap pool—set against sweeping views of the desert and iconic Vulture Peak. Complementing the additions are multiple hydrotherapy pools designed for rejuvenation, complete with spacious seating and therapeutic jets. Guests also enjoy dedicated locker rooms, private cabanas by reservation, comfortable lounge seating and front-row views of the Ranch’s daily horse runs, in which the resort’s herd of 125 horses make its way to pasture along the vistas of the 18-hole championship golf course, Los Caballeros Golf Club. Rounding out the experience, the grounds surrounding the pool complex feature an outdoor game area available for guests to use at leisure, and a versatile 3,000-square-foot open-air event space available for private gatherings.
Joining the Ranch’s four on-site restaurant and bar concepts—Club Grill, Main Dining Room, Los Cab Saloon, and 19—and housed within the new complex, Poolside Sips & Snacks, an outdoor bar and grill, offers a casual menu of light bites and sips perfect for warm desert days. Guests can enjoy refreshing salads, sandwiches, and chilled desserts, paired with a curated beverage selection featuring cocktails, wine, and beer. Signature highlights include the vibrant Tropical Sunset, a mix of Malibu rum, triple sec, orange, and pineapple juice, and the Beach Pony, a smooth blend of bourbon, ginger, strawberry, and lemon. A playful zero-proof menu is also available with creations such as Lavender Sailboat, a fruity mix of prickly pear, agave, lemon, and basil, alongside the Shark Bite, made with orange, pineapple, and cranberry.
“The debut of our new pool complex is an exciting chapter for Rancho de los Caballeros,” said General Manager George McGann. “Guests are now greeted with modern comforts seamlessly blended with the authentic Southwestern traditions they know and love. Whether enjoying the sweeping desert vistas, watching the daily horse runs, or simply unwinding in a cabana, these new amenities provide a serene and vibrant gathering place for families, couples, and friends to make lasting memories.”
Beyond the pool expansion, Rancho de los Caballeros invites guests to embrace their inner cowboy through a wide array of dude ranch experiences. Spanning over 18,000 acres of horse-accessible trails, the Ranch offers equine adventures ranging from scenic trail rides and team penning to roping lessons and barrel racing. Additional recreational options include archery, trap and skeet shooting, the Los Caballeros Golf Club, and a full-service spa featuring an outdoor labyrinth and infrared sauna. Culinary offerings cater to every taste, from all-day dining at the Main Dining Room and classic American fare at the Club Grill to fine dining at 19 and libations at Los Cab Saloon. On select nights, guests can also gather at Yucca Flats for star-lit BBQ cookouts, complete with campfires, ranch games, live music, and a quintessentially Western atmosphere.
