Postino WineCafé Launches Third Annual “Battle of the Bruschetta” with Six Limited-Edition Creations
Postino WineCafé is bringing the heat to summer 2025 with the return of its fan-favorite competition, Battle of the Bruschetta. Now in its third year, the nationwide event invites guests to taste, vote, and ultimately crown the next breakout star to join Postino’s menu. Kicking off on June 15 and running through August 15, the summer-long showdown will feature six inventive bruschetta recipes created by Postino team members from across the country.
Designed as a friendly, flavor-packed competition, Battle of the Bruschetta unfolds in three rounds. Every two weeks, two limited-time bruschetta will go head-to-head, giving guests the chance to order both and vote for their favorite via a QR code or online at postinowinecafe.com/battle-of-the-bruschetta-2025. The bruschetta with the most votes from each round will move forward, with the ultimate winner featured on Postino’s fall menu starting August 1.
This year’s contenders include creative combinations like Everything Lox with whipped cream cheese, smoked salmon, everything bagel seasoning, fried capers, pickled onions and dill; Chicken Caesar Chop, a nod to the classic salad with baby gem lettuce, chicken, Parmigiano-Reggiano, and garlic dressing; Supreme, a pizza-inspired bite topped with stracciatella, Italian sausage, pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, wood-roasted onions, and Parmigiano-Reggiano; and Boquerones, a Mediterranean twist featuring anchovies, mascarpone, and fried capers. A sweeter battle takes place in the last round with Hot Honey Sweet Potato, a savory-sweet mashup with ricotta, caramelized sweet potatoes, thyme and hot honey vs. Cherry Cannoli, a dessert bruschetta layered with cherry cannoli filling, dried cherries, waffle cone crumbles, powdered sugar, and chocolate chip shavings.

June 15–30: Chicken Caesar Chop vs. Everything Lox
July 1–14: Supreme vs. Boquerones
July 15–31: Cherry Cannoli vs. Hot Honey Sweet Potato
August 1–15: Winning bruschetta featured at all Postino locations
August 1: National champion announced on Postino’s social media channels
All six contenders were dreamed up by Postino’s in-house culinary talent, underscoring the brand’s ongoing commitment to creativity and team-driven innovation. Last year’s champion, a decadent French Onion-inspired bruschetta, earned a permanent place on the menu after capturing the hearts (and palates) of Postino fans nationwide.
