First Course — McClendon Farms Baby Gem Salad with aged sherry pickled green grapes, tart sun-dried cherries, piquillo peppers, toasted Marconas, Crow’s Dairy goat cheese tartlet and citrus poppy seed vinaigrette paired with Yamazaki 12 

Second Course — Seared Sea Scallop with coconut-infused celery root puree, grapefruit ginger gastrique, cashews, pomegranate arils and arugula fennel salad served with Baker’s SIB
