One Saturday a month, Hearth ’61 hosts Brunch & Learn in its private dining room. Watch the chefs demonstrate a signature dish while you sip the featured beverage and take home the recipe. The experience continues with a three-course brunch in the dining room, including two dishes, dessert, and a paired glass of wine or cocktail..
