Guests will have the opportunity to meet winemaker Diana Paoloni, daughter of Paolo Paoloni who relocated to Mexico from Italy over 30 years ago, purchased Toros Pintos in Valle de Guadalupe and founded Villa Montefiori. The evening includes 5 Paoloni Wines, amuse bouche, and a 3-course family style meal presented by Executive Chef Michael Mahalick.
