Rock the Guac: Chef Alex Stratta
On September 16th, the founders of the Arizona Taco Festival are celebrating National Guacamole Day with a special pre-festival event called ROCK THE GUAC! Twenty of the Valley's top chefs will be battling it out to take home the title of best guacamole and bragging rights. No secrets will be given away, but in the days leading up to this culinary competition, these renowned chefs will share some hints.
Chef Alex Stratta's many accolades include two Michelin stars, a James Beard Foundation award for Best Chef Southwest, induction into the Las Vegas Hall of Fame, and Iron Chef Italian.
