Mixed: A Cocktail Culinary Series at the Westin Kierland

The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa presents in collaboration with Scottsdale League for the Arts – “Mixed: A Cocktail Culinary Series” in which Beverage Specialist Matt Allen takes guests through a sequence of cocktail and culinary pairings that include off-the-beaten-path themes like “Birds & Bees,” featuring honey-infused cocktails paired with savory poultry dishes, and “Locals Only,” featuring barrel-aged Arizona spirits paired with Arizona prime cuts sourced from ranches across the state.

The series is priced at $100 per person. Event seating is limited with only 24 seats available per event. For a limited time, tickets for the collective five-dinner series are presented as Mixed: A Cocktail Culinary Series package for $450 per package, available for purchase until February 15. Ticket pricing includes service charge and sales tax, and additional gratuity is welcome upon guest preference. Complimentary valet & self-parking with validation. Birds & Bees | February 15, 2019

In honor of one of Mother Nature’s sweetest delights, sip and swirl honey-infused cocktails that showcase a wide varietal of sweet nectars collected from around the globe – such as the “Pillow Talk” featuring Amazon Forest honey – accompanied by savory poultry dishes that include fowl favorites such as slow roast duck, pulled chicken, and “Cast-Iron Seared Quail,” served with calvin pea tendrils, artisan greens, beet of the night and green grape verjus.
