Join Bourbon Steak at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess as they host a Sommelier Showdown. On September 12th, cheer on Bourbon sommelier Jason Caballero and Mark Tarbell of Tarbell's and Tarbell's Tavern as they pick the perfect beverage pairing for five courses prepared by Executive Chef Tony Snyder. Guests will vote after every course for their favorite pairing, and at the end of the night the next flight club champion will be named! 

A reception with passed canapes and bubbly starts the festivities, followed by a five-course menu and ten wine pairings.  $150 per person (plus tax and gratuity) . 6:30 reception, 7 pm dinner. Call 480-585-2694 for reservations.
