Champagne Saturdays at The Phoenician

Join The Phoenician Resort for Champagne Saturdays. The Phoenician captures the essence of its award-winning Afternoon Tea experience with a new, after-dark offering that allows individuals to show their bubbly side. Each Champagne is paired with an artisan cheese board as a starter, followed by the first course of cold canapés, including Lemon-Poached Chilled Shrimp with Mango Cocktail Sauce and Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus.  A second course of warm canapés features miniature Beef Wellington with Tarragon Aioli and Coconut-Breaded Lobster Tail with Thai Chili Sauce, among others. Desserts complete the menu with such decadent offerings as Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries, Scottish Shortbread and Dark Chocolate Truffles. Full menu here.

Held in the Afternoon Tea room in the main lobby the first and third Thursday of every month from 7:00 – 8:30pm.
