Join Ursa’s second installment of its dinner series, A Sonoran Folklore: Stories of the Desert. Chef Aaron Lopez will tell the story of food migration in the Sonoran Desert through a four-course, family-style meal. Each course will demonstrate the ways migration and trade routes transformed the region’s food systems, with a specialty beverage menu and pairings.
