Caldwell County BBQ is excited to celebrate the grand opening of its first West Valley location in Peoria with a ribbon cutting with Peoria mayor Jason Beck at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 5. Following the ribbon opening ceremony, Caldwell County BBQ will be open starting at 11 a.m. and will host an after-party celebration with live music from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. The family-friendly grand opening event will also feature inflatables for children and a variety of yard games on the restaurant’s spacious patio, offering guests an opportunity to enjoy the new space.
