Every Monday from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m., Chef Conant is rolling out “Fried Chicken & Bubbles” ($26) at Mora Italian. Prepared gluten-free and dairy-free, the moist chicken is dredged in garbanzo flour, fried crisp and then drizzled with a Calabrian chili hot honey. It’s served with a charred lemon, a small salad and a glass of Le Contese Sparkling Rose.
