Join The Americano for an evening to celebrate Chef Conant’s newly released cookbook Peace, Love, and Pasta! Seatings available between 5:30pm and 7:00pm. Enjoy an aperitivo and canapés to kick off the festivities, followed by a four-course dinner paired with wines. The family-style menu will include Chef Conant’s favorites from the book, which are the very same dishes he cooks for his own family. Each guest will receive an autographed copy of Peace, Love, and Pasta plus the opportunity to take photos with Chef and the team.
