-Grass-raised Angus beef carpaccio with extra-virgin olive oil and white truffle 
-Bruschetta topped with scrambled eggs and white truffle 
-Risotto with shaved white truffle and porcini mushrooms 
-cheese fondue with white truffle 
-zabaione al tartufo
