League of Rogues Wine Dinner at Tres Kitchen and Bar

On Saturday, December 21, Tres Kitchen and Bar hosts a four-course wine dinner featuring varietals from League of Rogues Winery. Each course has been specially crafted for this evening and each pairing designed to complement every bite. Dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. and cost is $65++ per person.   • Chile-Crusted Smoked Scallop with gouda grits, compressed pineapple and mango vanilla vinegar paired with 2018 The Tortured Artist Albarino

  • Burrata with roasted grapes, wild arugula, almonds, and butternut caponata complemented by 2018 The Countess Rose

  • Beef Osso Bucco with goat cheese risotto, roasted baby carrots, lemon gremolata, and natural jus served with 2015 Rapscallion Zinfandel

  • Citrus Sabayon featuring white cheddar zeppoles and fresh berries paired with 2017 The Absent-Minded Professor Sangria
