Garage-East and Austin Shaw C.S. (Certified Sommelier) of Kai Restraurant at Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass will be hosting a series of wine classes on the last Monday of the month from 6:30-8:00pm. Our first class on June 25 will be an Intro to Wine and will feature a four wine tasting and the fundamentals of wine tasting. This class will consist of a four wine flight tasting of Arizona Wines and give an overview of wine regions, different wine making styles, and a step by step approach to blind tasting. Tickets $25
