Casino del Sol Executive Chef Ryan Clark and his culinary team will welcome select local craft breweries for a series of tasting events at the resort this summer. At each event, which will feature 8 beer tastings and perfectly paired bites, guests will have the opportunity to meet the brewers and participating chefs.

The first event will take place on Father’s Day, Sunday, June 17th and will feature selections from Dragoon Brewing.  Thunder Canyon Brewery will take center stage on Thursday, August 16th and Borderlands Brewing Company will present an Octoberfest- themed tasting on Sunday, September 23rd.
