Meet your local growers under the Arizona sky in the beautiful setting of Agave Farms for Speed Date Your Farmer. This first half the evening will give you the opportunity to meet farmers and ranchers one-on-one while taste-testing their products in a special showcase dish and learn more about their farms, products, and what they do. The second half of the event is a full dinner with a menu created using the produce, meats and other ingredients from the farms and ranches participating in the event - all prepared by Chef Brett Vibber of Cartwright’s Modern Cuisine.
