A one-night-only second anniversary Champagne Dinner is slated for 6 pm on Sunday, June 10, and it will feature a five-course special menu from Sel Chef Branden Levine served alongside exclusive champagne offerings from Club Trésors ("Special Club" Champagne), the first association of wine makers in Champagne to advocate an approach to viticulture based on the utmost standards of quality and are devoted to preserving the excellence of grower-produced champagne. . The menu features a broad lineup of fresh, seasonal flavors, from a first-course HokkaidoScallop Crudo made with Hokkaido Scallop Crudo, Scallop Consommé Dashi, Sea Urchin Panna Cotta, “Black Pearls”, Pickled Wild Ramps to a decadent Tres Leches Foie Gras Ice Cream Sandwich fordessert. Champagne offerings include five high-end varieties, among them Champagne Special Club's 2009 Gaston Chiquet and 2005 Henri Goutorbe.
