February Class and Luncheon with Michael Rusconi

Join Chef Michael Rusconi for a special Luncheon and Cooking Class.  Chef Michael will instruct the preparation of these signature dishes:

  • Key West shrimp with fennel, winter citrus and arugula salad
  • Blackberry glazed pork tenderloin with butternut squash, wilted kale and balsamic jus
  • Dark chocolate bread pudding
