Nobuo’s brunch service is set to occur exactly three times this summer, with the first edition slated for Sunday, June 26. In addition to an unforgettable menu featuring the likes of Soft Shell Crab Benedict, Smoked Chicken Omelet, Nobuo’s Breakfast Bento and Dorayaki, a Japanese pancake made with sweet red bean paste, Nobuo’s brunch offerings are served up amidst the sounds of live music, with this week’s coming courtesy of Arizona’s own Greg Lloyd Trio.
