On February 19, explore the wines of Opolo Vineyards. The February menu includes pepper-crusted beef carpaccio, spiced duck with watercress salad, bacon-wrapped filet of beef, and warm pear and brie tart. Explore four wines from Opolo, one of the newest and most exciting labels out of Paso Robles, California.
