On Tuesday, August 22nd at 6 PM, North Italia in Arcadia will be hosting a community dinner for $45 per person and includes beverage pairings (tax/gratuity excluded). The dinner will feature a four-course Italian selection that is expertly crafted by Chef Andrew Vera and is themed after Umbria, an central Italian region known for its historical towns and rolling hills. The dishes will incorporate Umbrian elements with the following special menu:

Antipasto: Fritto Misto
branzino, zucchini, asparagus, pea purée, preserved lemon vinaigrette

Primo: Strangozzi al Tartufo
hand rolled pasta, black truffle, pecorino, queen creek olive oil

Secondo: Ragù di Maiale con Polenta
heritage pork ragù, san marzano tomato, polenta cake, fennel pollen

Dolce: Crostata di Mele
baked honeycrisp apple, greatful spoon salted caramel gelato, cinnamon
