In December, UnderTow welcomes special guest world-famous tropical mixologist Daniele Dalla Pola. Daniele is Italian born and has become a masterclass mixologist after spending most of the his early career in "cool" and crowded bars in Miami, receiving awards in 1997 for the best cocktail according to the Miami News Time Magazine. His lab, "Nu Lounge Bar" (located on the site of Piazza Maggiore in Bologna) has been added to the top 100 bars in the world by Drinks International Magazine, and this year has also received an award for the Best Italian Rum Bar. Daniele has been awarded as the 'Best Bartender' for the rum category in the Madrid International Rum Fest, and has been nominated as one of the 'Best International Bartenders of the Year' at Tales of the Cocktail. In 2011, during the 42nd Edition of the "Below Cocktail World Cup - New Zealand", the Italian Team with Daniele achieved the title of "world champion" performing his masterpiece cocktail called "Elisir D'Amore".

Arizona Center and the Willcox Wine Country have teamed up to bring a new holiday wine festival to the heart of downtown Phoenix. Guests can sample award-winning Willcox and other Arizona wines; find unique holiday gifts at over 40 art, craft and specialty vendors; enjoy live music from local musicians; and dine at our festival bistro or one of the outstanding Arizona Center restaurants.

All tickets to Grapes on the Grotto include tastings and a commemorative wine glass. Early bird pricing for one day is $15 for 6 tasting tickets, or $20 for 10 tasting tickets. Tickets will also be available day-of at the door for $20 for 6 tasting tickets, or $25 for 10 tasting tickets.
