Battle Champagne | Sunday Supper Club
Last year’s special Champagne dinner at Mountain Shadows was so well received, it’s coming back for 2018. On Sunday, December 9, at 6 p.m., enjoy a special edition of the monthly Sunday Supper Club at Hearth ’61 as France and California go head to head in a battle Champagne. Each of the four courses will be paired with a Taittinger Champagne and a Domaine Carneros sparkling wine. Savor warm duck confit, organic beet salad with prosciutto, prime ribeye with maitake mushrooms, and pear ricotta soufflé cake with huckleberry sauce.
