Enjoy an entirely new restaurant concept for one night only at the Monthly Mashup series at Talavera at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North. One local chef will step out of their kitchen – and into the kitchen of Executive Chef Mel Mecinas to join forces for an unpredictable night of culinary fun. On October 9th, Chef Cory Oppold of Atlas Bistro joins the monthly mashup.

“This is an amazing culinary community, with talent rivaling any major city,” says Mecinas. “We started the Mashup series last year to celebrate our local chefs and welcome new creativity into our kitchen. The response has been overwhelmingly positive, and we can’t wait to return this spring with an exciting new line up.”  Each evening features a four-course tasting menu, with highlights from each chef’s culinary concept.  The chefs join forces for a specialty amuse course to start the culinary journey.  The cost is $95 per person, not inclusive of tax and gratuity.  For information or to make reservations for the Monthly Mashup dinner, please call Restaurant Reservations at (480) 513-5085.
