Emulsion Pop-Up: No Expectations

Emulsion is a creation from the culinary minds of Chefs Peter McQuaid, David Brito, and Sheila Mae Rendon. With diverse culinary backgrounds, they promise to introduce you to an unparalleled dining experience. Emulsion currently consists of a series of pop-up restaurants, each unique and completely chef driven.

Join the talented team at Pig & Pickle on February 18th for the next Emulsion Popup: No Expectations. This will be a night of whimsy, trickery, and of course amazing food and wine that will make you as a diner re-think the way you see food and your typical dining experience. With wines from James v. Moncaci of MonaciEnoteca, you are in for an evening of fine wine and mind-boggling food unlike any other. We are challenging you to look at food in a different light. You will just have to come and see, this is not to be missed! Tickets are $115 per person for a multi-course dinner with wine pairings.
