Emulsion is a culinary collaboration brought to you by the talented culinary team of Peter McQuaid, David Brito, and Sheila Mae Rendon bringing you a dining experience unlike any other. Emulsion Popup: Inspiration will take you through a multi-course tasting menu with dishes inspired by their mentors and life experiences.
