Clase Azul Tequila Dinner at Sol Cocina

Join SOL Cocina for the first Clase Azul Tequila paired dinner on Wednesday, August 31st. Dine with the owner of Clase Azul tequila and sample and learn about the newly released Clase Azul Ultra Tequila. Enjoy delicious SOL Cocina dishes picked to perfectly complement Clase Azul’s smooth tequila. The four course meal will include dishes like pato con mole and scallop ceviche. The complete dining experience is $125 per person and that includes food, drinks, tequila, tip and gratuity. Welcome drink: Clase Azul Blanco Margarita

Bay Scallop Ceviche - fresh bay scallops, lime juice, habanero chiles, red onions grapefruit, cilantro, & olive oil. Paired with Clase Azul Blanco and sangrita.

 Ensalada de Nopales - nopales, cilantro, tomatoes, red onions, olive oil & lemon juice and cotija cheese served on a blue corn gordita. Paired with Clase Azul Blanco and sangrita.

 Short Rib Beef Tartare - fresh ground “choice” beef short rib mixed with lime juice, jicama, habanero chili & diced tomatoes served with red beet chips. Paired with Clase Azul Reposado.

 Pato con Mole - SOL’s classic mole negro served with duck & house made corn tortillas. Paired with Clase Azul Mezcal

 Apple Tamal - our version of an apple pie served in a corn husk. Paired with Clase Azul Anejo.
