Our culinary team hosts exclusive experiences that showcase visiting distilleries and winemakers from across the country. Each event invites guests to indulge in quality ingredients sourced locally in a live demonstration format. Prepared by Executive Chef Marcos Seville, each family-style dinner includes three courses artfully paired with libations from distinguished winemakers and distillers. Each event is set in Chef's Kitchen, an indoor/outdoor space featuring custom millwork, hammered brass finishes, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, as well as a 2,500 square-foot, outdoor herb garden with an array of citrus, herbs and exotic mints. Space is limited to 24 people.
