Dine with friends or treat dad to a Father's Day weekend celebration to remember. ZuZu at Hotel Valley Ho has teamed up with New Belgium Brewing and Gruet Winery to create a dining experience that beer and wine aficionados will surely love. Following each course, a secret ballot vote will be held to determine the ultimate winner in the beer versus wine showdown. The specialty menu for the evening from Executive Chef Russell LaCasce includes Red Miso Cured Scottish Salmon, Chicken and Fried Oyster Gumbo, Buffalo Pork Wings, Oxtail Fry Bread, and a dessert made with smoked bacon, peanut butter, banana and chocolate. Each course is paired with a different style of New Belgium Beer and Gruet wine.
