The first Arizona restaurant to qualify for the Smart Catch designation from the James Beard Foundation, Breadfruit will orchestrate a four-course prix fixe dinner for this occasion, featuring creative dishes made with sustainably-caught seafood caught in an environmentally responsible manner. Serrallés will pair cocktails made from a selection of luxury Don Q expressions, including the recently-released, limited-edition Single Barrel 2007, to elevate each course. Also crafted with a high caliber of sustainable methods, including real energy return and post-production materials, the Don Q spirits match Breadfruit’s clean & green approach, that make both teams ecologically responsible leaders in their category.
